WEATHER
During the springtime
Madrid has a temperature which oscillates between 7° and
19° degrees, with an average of 27 raining days: during
the summertime temperature records are between 16°and 31° degrees,
with and average of 15 raining days; in autumn it is between
8° and 21° degrees, with 17 raining days; and during
the wintertime it is between 0° and 11° degrees. |

TIMETABLE
The usual opening time is from 10:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m. and from
17:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m., from Monday to Saturday.
Banks and savings banks are opened
from 8:15 a.m. to 14:30 p.m., from Monday to Friday, banks are opened
also on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 13:00p.m., while savings banks
are opened on Thursday afternoon from 17:30 p.m. to 19:30 p.m.. During
the San Isidro’s Day ( the third week of May) who is the patron
of Madrid, the opening time of both banks and savings banks
is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
Big storehouses and shopping
centres are opened all day from 10:00 a.m. to 21:00/22:00 p.m. from
Monday to Saturday. These big centres are opened only during special
Sundays and public holidays.
Restaurants opening time is from
13:30 a.m. to 15:30 p.m. (lunch or a break); while from 21: 00 p.m.
to 23:30 p.m. (dinner).
